Prepayment Terms
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.
Failure to comply with these payment terms will result in the bookings being automatically released.

Cancellation Terms
All cancellations must be given in writing.
Less than 24 hours prior to arrival, 100% of the valud of the first night's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In the event of a refund, a 10% will be retaind as administration fee.
