To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation of the booking.

Cancellation policy per booking:
If cancelled up to 31 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be levied.
If cancelled 22 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the full booking value will be charged.
If cancelled 15 – 21 days prior to arrival, a 75% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive meals and VAT) will be charged.
If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive meals and VAT) will be charged.
Guaranteed reservations will be held for the first night only, after which the accommodation will be released.
