We regret that due to the inconvenience to other guests, the Cape Cadogan is unable to accommodate children under the age of 8 years.

CANCELLATION POLICY
4 - 7 days prior to arrival, a 50 % cancellation fee will be charged.
0 - 3 days prior to arrival, a 100 % cancellation fee will be charged.
CANCELLATION FEES ARE CHARGED ON THE VALUE OF A BOOKING
Refunds are subject to administration fees and the 10% non-refundable deposit

DEPOSITS
50% Deposit due on confirmation of booking to secure reservation of which 10 % is non-refundable.
Full prepayment must be received no later than 40 days prior to arrival.
For bookings within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required on confirmation of the booking.

We reserve the right to request deposits or full payment in advance for the periods required above, in the case of large groups, long stays or high occupancy and peak periods.
