Deluxe Suite
As Cape Royale has no entry level superior rooms, the entry level suite is the Deluxe Suite, of which there are over 50 suites. The average size of this category suite is 65 square metres, which is on average 20 square metres larger than our competitors in Cape Town. The Deluxe Suite sleeps two people sharing.

Family Deluxe Suite
The Family Deluxe Suite is a two bedroom family suite of which there are over 40 suites. The average size of this suite is a generous 125 square metres. The Family Deluxe Suite sleeps 4 people sharing and is ideal for families. This suite offers two bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms respectively, lounge and dining room table seating 6 people.

Penthouse
There are 6 penthouses available, boasting 3 bed-rooms with en-suite bathrooms, at an average size of 180 square metres. The Penthouses are all double volume including lounge and dining room. The suite has 4 juliette balconies opening off its rooms and living area, featuring views of the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, the new Green Point Common, the Soccer Stadium, the Atlantic Ocean, and Robben Island. The Penthouse sleeps a maximum of 6 people

Presidential Suite
The Presidential suite is 210 square metres, has 4 bedrooms, all en-suite bathrooms which sleeps 8 people. It features views of the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, the new Green Point Common, the Soccer Stadium, the Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island and Table Mountain. It is the only Penthouse in Cape Town which offers views of two World Heritage Sites, being Table Mountain and Robben Island! With its own butler service it is the ultimate in Luxury in Cape Town.

CHILDRENS POLICY
Children under the age of 16 years, will be accommodated free of charge on a bed & breakfast basis if sharing with an adult in our Family Deluxe Suites and Penthouses.
Children occupying their own suite will be charged the full suite rate.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure a reservation we require a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.
Cancellation Policy per Booking:
Cancellations - for two or less rooms - within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full
cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
Cancellations - for three to nine rooms - within seven days prior to arrival will be subject to a
full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
