The spacious lounge has comfortable couches, satellite TV, a sound system and a DVD player for relaxing evenings or lazy afternoons spent indoors. For lovers of peace and quiet, nothing could be better than watching a magnificent sunset over the ocean while the soft swish of breaking waves provides a soothing backdrop for cocktails, hot chocolate or coffee. The same stunning vista can be enjoyed with meals from the adjacent dining area as well. Heaters are provided for cool evenings, and on warm days the refreshing briny breeze is all that’s needed.

The compact, modern kitchen, which is tucked away next to a convenient guest toilet just off the main living area, comes fully loaded with all the necessities, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, gas cooker and coffee maker, plus a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer to make those unavoidable chores easy.

The bright, airy bedrooms, located down a short flight of stairs, also have floor-to-ceiling glass frontages that look out over the ocean and beach, and share a balcony from which to enjoy the vista. They have luxurious extra-length, king-size beds, attractive contemporary décor and the master bedroom comes with Internet access. The shared bathroom has a glassed-in bath and shower combo for a choice of long hot soaks or a quick rinse after a day on the beach, and towels, shampoo and body wash are provided, amongst other convenient items.

The two secure parking bays in the street-level parking area allow for easy parking that is just a short walk down three flights of steps to the front door.
