Secretarial services are available at reception, along with Internet and email facilities. At the end of the day, guests can retire to the luxury and comfort of the lounge or veranda sipping sundowners whilst watching the sun set against the majestic Simonsberg mountain range.

These rooms are slightly smaller with en-suite bathrooms, with shower or bath only. Some of these Classic Rooms are set in the garden overlooking the swimming pool.

These rooms are small with en suite shower only and have the same facilities and services as the other room types.

Full payment, one month prior to date of guests’ arrival is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.

CANCELLATION:
Reservations only considered as cancelled if received in writing and confirmed by in writing.
Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival date: No Charge.
In the event of a “no show” or cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date, the full cancellation fee will be charged unless
nights able to re-let.
No dispute will be accepted on above rates quoted.
Room allocation subject to availability and management’s discretion.

In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
Refunds and waivers of deposits / pre-payments are at discretion of management and are dependant on the availability to re-let the
