All rooms are sea facing, have frontal sea view and all, except the Deluxe and Standard Room, have private balconies. The rooms are air conditioned, have king size beds and are equipped with 32” flat screen satellite TV’s, DVD/CD players, Wifi broadband internet access points, espresso machines, mini bar as well as electronic safes. The en suite bathrooms have full bath, separate shower and wall mounted hair dryers.

Rtaes exclude a 1% tourism levy

Laundry, personal extra’s, drinks, additional meals (lunch and dinner).

TRIPLE FAMILY ROOM
Arrangements are possible in Superior or Deluxe rooms in the Main Lodge.
0 – 7 years R100.00 / night
7 – 77 years R 300.00 / night
Extra charges for one addition person in family rooms are not applicable between 15 May and 15 September (low season).

4 PERSONS IN ROOM
Limited to families of 2 adults and 2 children to the age of 16.
Only possible in the Superior Family room in the Main Lodge.
Extra charge R400.00

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Full payment is required 40 days prior to arrival . In the event of booking made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.

CANCELLATION:
No cancellation fee for a cancellation of a confirmed reservation received 1 month or more prior to arrival.
25 % of the value of the arrangement remains payable if cancelled between 2 weeks and 1 month prior to arrival.
50 % of the value of the arrangement remains payable if cancelled between 1 and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
The full value of the arrangement remains payable if cancelled less then 7 days prior to arrival.
