North and South Lions Paws
This site is ideal if you're looking for something fairly deep, but still close to a launch site. The two sites are similar in appearance and make for colourful dives. The 2 rock pinnacles are large at their bases, tapering to small islands just above the surface. These make for a very dramatic dive with wonderful overhangs to explore.

Open water divers can also enjoy these sites as there is a lot to see at shallower depths too. These sites can be very clear and quite cold after a south-easter.

Max depth
North Paw:  25

South Paw:
21m

How to get there:
North and South Lions Paws are reached by boat from the V & A Waterfront or from the slipway in Three Anchor Bay.
