Partridge Point

This site is best dived after a few days of north-westerly winds when the water should be clean. Partridge Point has some magnificent underwater scenery with overhangs and swimthroughs. There is abundant marine life with colourful sponges, soft corals and many moluscs. Octopuses are plentiful and you should also see pipefish.

There is also a friendly colony of seals nearby and sometimes they come to show off their graceful swim technique.

Average depth: 15m

Maximum depth: 20m

How to get there:
Partridge Point has to be dived by boat launched from Miller's Point.
