PEAK SEASON (22nd December 2008 – 4th January 2009)
· A minimum stay of 3 nights will be required over this period
· A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation. Balance is due by the 01st November.
· Any reservation made after 30th September will be required to pay a 25% deposit within 14 days of making the reservation
· In the event of the reservation being cancelled prior to 30th September, the deposit will be refunded however, an
administration fee of 10% will be levied on the deposit paid.
· Any reservation cancelled after 30th September will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee on the deposit paid.
· Any reservation cancelled after 30th November will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the full duration of the
reservation.
· Should we not receive any notification of cancellation, the full deposit amount paid will be forfeited.
· In the event of a “no show”, we will charge for the full duration of the reservation.
· In the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the guaranteed departure date, we reserves the right to
charge for the full duration of the original booking.
