With its lakes, lagoons, freshwater swamps and grasslands, St. Lucia supports more species of animal than the better known parks and deltas in Southern Africa.

The Upper level comprises 32 rooms all with private balconies. A spacious ladies bar leads out onto the Estuary Viewing Deck, which forms part of the restaurant and a very popular venue for guests to enjoy excellent lunches, dinners or refreshing sundowners.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
0 – 7 Days Prior to date of arrival – 100% Cancellation Fee
08 – 15 Days Prior to date of arrival – 50% Cancellation Fee
16 – 28 Days Prior to date of arrival – 25% Cancellation Fee
Refunds if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
