Conference Hall
The Conference Hall at Fancourt is an impressive, multi-functional room that can accommodate up to 350 people. Carefully designed with sliding acoustic doors and panels, mahogany wood paneling, carpeting and large windows with views of the Outeniqua Mountains, the Hall is perfect for large presentations and receptions.
An emphasis is placed on gourmet dining in the Fancourt Conference Centre. Whether you require fine dining for a few or a lavish banquet, experienced staff will provide a variety of menus and exceptional service.

Conference Rooms
Flexibility is the key word at the Conference and Business Centre and each and every business need is catered for. Three boardrooms are available for business and executive meetings, workshops or think-tank sessions. Two of these can be combined for larger functions. The Centre also has three breakaway rooms which can be used seperately or combined.

All menus and meals have been carefully approved and planned by Fancourt Executive Chef, Darren Roberts.
The restaurants bear testimony to Fancourt's reputation as purveyors of fine cuisine. From La Cantina's authentic Italian fare and the freshly caught seafood dishes of Le Pêcheur to The Morning Glory's health meals, the modern African cuisine of Sansibar and Bramble Lodge's selected dinner menu of locally-sourced produce, Fancourt's cuisine is a gourmet's delight.

The Members Bar and the Sandwedge (Montagu Halfway House) offer lighter meals for guests on the move. A range of Fancourt Original and Executive Chef's Range products including jams, pasta and sauces are on sale in the Deli.

La Cantina is located in the historic Manor House and serves a buffet breakfast and traditional Italian cuisine in a warm Mediterranean atmosphere.

Le Pêcheur, situated in the main clubhouse specializes in freshly prepared seafood dishes in a relaxed open-kitchen setting and also caters for those who prefer meat, chicken or vegetarian dishes. (Seasonal). The latest addition to the Le Pecheur menu is a Sushi Bar, offering an extensive range including Nigiri,Maki and Sashimi.

Bramble Lodge is located next to The Links Clubhouse and offers relaxed intimate dining. Their speciality is Global Fusion cuisine -a combination of flavours from all over the world. In order to meet the highest criteria they use only the freshest and best of locally grown spices, herbs, flowers and fresh produce.

Sansibar, situated in the Manor House serves modern African cuisine representative of a host of African countries.
