Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
If the arrival is within 30 days of the reservation, we require full payment on confirmation.
Any prepayment will only be refunded subject to the reservation being cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days and no shows will be charged at the rate of 80% of the contracted value.
NB: Refunds are subject to high demand periods. Please enquire on cancellation. Refunds are also subject to a 10% administration fee.

Children’s Policy
One child aged 12 to 17 years or two children under the age of 12 years are accommodated free of charge if sharing a Room with two full paying adults. The following breakfast rates are payable:
1 – 4 years – Complimentary
5 – 11 years: 50% discount
12+ years: Full rate
