Each suite features mini bar, air conditioning, under floor heating and full ensuite bathroom, the spacious jet bath provides relaxing guests with spectacular vistas of the surrounding bushveld.

Renowned for the creation of fine, intimate guest experiences, owners Wil and Sharon Van Duyn have perfected the art of creating a myriad of special moments. From laughter filled alfresco lunches at a bushveld pool, elaborate bush picnics, and casual candlelit dinners served on your private verandah, to the best of local produce in silver & white in the formal dining room.

There are daily schedule flights from major centers in South Africa to the Port Elizabeth Airport. Transfers may be arranged at an additional fee. Please advise your travel agent or contact us directly if transfers are required.

Includes bed & breakfast, all meals, teas, snacks and two game frives with experienced game rangers.

Exclusions: All drink, curio purchases, laundry, telephone calls and other personal expenses transfers and gratuities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
2. Children are welcome at Hlosi Game Lodge.
3. Children are considered to be under the age of 12, and child rate applies when sharing with two adults.
4. Pilots, driver, guides and tour leader rates may vary but will not exceed R900.00 per night per person.
5. Please note that all guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
6. Hlosi GameLodge reserves the right to limit the number of reduced rate requests as may apply to drivers, pilots, and guides.
Hlosi GameLodge reserves it right to admit any guests/s and furthermore retains the right to have remove, any guest/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and / or staff.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
1.A 50 % non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking, with full payment due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation
2.Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival is a 50% cancellation fee
3.Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival is a 100% cancellation fee
4.Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
