A menu of massage, facials and other therapies can be arranged through our local therapist in the privacy of your room.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Transfers to and from Cape Town International Airport can be arranged with the Hotel’s shuttle service.

There are many interesting historical, nature, sport and leisure activities available within close proximity to the Hotel and in the greater Cape Town area. Our reception team of tourism professionals can provide detailed information and indeed arrange reservations and transport for you to experience any of these activities.

Child policy:
All age groups are welcome and a Nanny Service is available upon prior notice and booking. Children sharing
with parents in the same room (ages 2 – 13) will be accommodated on an extra bed charged at R300.00 per night. Cots are
also available at no extra cost.
Extra Person policy: The rooms can only accommodate 2 adults per room

Payment policy:
We require full payment of the room rates at least 40 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation of the reservation. During peak season (15 December to 15 January) we require a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:
50% cancellation fee is levied for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee is levied for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. In the event of a premature departure, 100%
cancellation fee is levied.
• Cancellation policy during 2010 FIFA World Cup: 50% cancellation fee is levied 60 to 31 days prior to arrival. 100%
cancellation fee is levied 30days prior to arrival.
• Deposit policy during 2010 FIFA World Cup: 50% of the full accommodation is required on confirmation and the
balance of 50%, 2 months prior to arrival.
Minimum Night Stays: During the period 23 December to 3 January - a minimum of 4 nights must be booked.
• Refunds are at the discretion of hotel managed, and if agreed, is subject to a 10% administration fee.
