A South African ID or passport number will be required when confirming the reservation and on check-in at the property

There is a limited allocation of rooms available on the above rates and standard rates will be charged if the allocation is full
The above rates are valid for individual reservations and may not be used for group bookings of 10 or more rooms
The gate entry fees stated above are subject to change without prior notification
Minimum night stays are applicable as follows:
All weekends - 2 nights
Long weekends - 3 nights 30 December 2011 - 02 January 2012; 06 - 09 April 2012; 27 - 30 April 2012; 21 - 24 September 2012.

Payment Policy:
To secure the booking we require a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations to be sent in writing to the Reservations Office.
Penalties are calculated on the total cost of stay.
Days prior to arrival:
29 - 15 Days - 50% will be charged
14 - 08 Days - 75% will be charged
07 - 0 Days - 100%
Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
