• Rooms will be kept until 18:00 on day of arrival unless otherwise assured or guaranteed.
• Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is before 10:00.
• Cancellation Policy per Booking
  • Cancellations - for two or less rooms - within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
  • Cancellations - for three to 10 rooms - within seven days prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
  • Cancellations - more than ten rooms, group cancellation policy will apply.
• Guaranteed reservations will be held for first night only, after which the accommodation will be released.

Children policy
Children under the age of 18 (maximum 2 children per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast basis if sharing with one or two adults. Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate.
