Children Policy
• This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old
• Persons from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own apartment at the
applicable rates, if the maximum persons allowed per apartment has been reached
• 0 – 3 Year old (sharing apartment with adults)
• are accommodated in a cot at no additional cost
• depending on the availability of cots
• Children occupying their own apartment will be charged at the applicable apartment rate
• Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot
• Child minding facilities can be requested at an additional cost by prior arrangement

Payment Policy (excluding peak season)
Full pre-payment is required 40 days prior to arrival
For bookings made within 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation

Cancellation Policy (excluding peak season)
Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations
• 25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival
• 50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival
• 100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival
• Where agreed, refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
