We’ll make you Captain of Your Own Holiday with catered or self-catered self drive house boating on the Knysna Lagoon (a national park), on the Kowie River at Port Alfred and on the Vaal River in Gauteng. We also offer sales of new & used or demo houseboats and our sister company, Knysna Leisure Craft is the sole manufacturer of our luxury 4-berth Knysna Leisure Liners.

Boarding & Disembarking
Check-in time is from 14h00 – 16h00 and our check-out time is 10h00 sharp. Saturdays & Sundays check-in time is from 11h30 – 12h30 and check out time at 10h00. We can offer you a later check-out time for an additional cost of R450.00. Please make sure that you request this on the day of your reservation. It is very important that you let us known of your time of arrival or if you will be late.

CANCELLATION/ AMENDMENT POLICY
All cancellations, additions and amendments must be made in writing. Cancellations/ amendments are subject to the following conditions:
If you do wish to cancel, please notify us at least 2 weeks, 45 days or 3 months (depends on period of booking) prior to arrival date. Your payment, less a facilitation/administration fee, will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks, 45 days or 3 months (depends on period of booking) before arrival date, you will forfeit your payment.
Non-arrivals are subject to the full hire fee.
In the case of any refunds, there will be an admin. fee of 10% with a minimum of R100-00 per cancellation.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Cybercapetown must receive a deposit of 50% which is part of hire fee within 5 days of reservation.
Unless otherwise arranged, Cybercapetown must receive full payment for accommodation at least 30 days, 45 days or 3 months prior to arrival or confirmation of the booking (depends on period of booking).
