• Level three boasts a self-contained chic and contemporary bedroom suite separate from the rest of the villa with kitchenette and private terrace.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure a reservation we require a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.
Cancellation Policy per Booking:
Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations 14 to 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit or 15% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit or 15% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
