Directions from Port Elizabeth airport :
Take the N2 from PE to Grahamstown. Turn left at first turn off into city. At the first set of traffic lights turn left into Summerset Street, then first right into High Street. 100 m down the road, you will find Evelyn House.

Directions from East London airport :
Take the N2 to Kingwilliamstown/Grahamstown. Take the first turnoff into city and into George Street. Turn left into Market Street. At first stop, turn left into High Street. 250 m further up you will find Evelyn House, on the left.

Explore historical sights and streets once filled by fontiersmen, ivory traders, farmers, hunters and soldiers or marvel at the Sir Herbert Baker designed architecture, the second oldest Botanic Gardens in South Africa and the country`s only camera obscura at the Observatory Museum.

For those not keen on exploring the historical and cultural attractions, the nearby Thomas Baines and Andries Vosloo Nature Reserves and the Addo Elephant National Park are scenic alternatives.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
• 03 – 01 days prior to arrival, a 65% cancellation fee will be charged
• No shows will be charged 80% of the full value of the accommodation booked
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.

During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.
