There are 2 blocks that make up the hotel:
• Majorca - 11 rooms in total
• La Savina - 12 rooms in total

The first 11 rooms opened during the 1st week of December 2004 in the Majorca block of the complex. In the La Savina block, approximately 200 metres from the admin and Majorca, the 12 new rooms are now open and fully functional.

All stylish and spacious rooms have 1 King-size bed, wall-mounted desk, 1 Mini Bar Fridge, microwave and self-catering facilities (including relevant equipment), laminate Timber flooring and free-standing bath and separate shower in an open-plan bathroom with frosted glass panels. Most rooms have spacious balconies overlooking Canal Walk (the largest shopping complex in Africa).

The hotel has the opportunity to grow to 50+ rooms, with private apartments joining the hotel pool as they come on line.

Cape Town's own theme park, Ratanga Junction, a stone's throw away, is scheduled to open again in November 2005 and will operate for at least another two seasons.

Sporting facilities at the hotel include 2 swimming pools - a 25m heated pool (opening March 2005) and an outdoor pool, located on the island area adjacent to Half Moon Bay, with plenty of sunbathing area and partly shaded by palm trees.

Leisure facilities in the area include:
* The largest shopping and entertainment complex in Africa (plenty of restaurants, cinemas, bars, nightclubs, shops, banks, indoor grand prix circuit, etc.)
* Ratanga Junction and Dockside within walking distance
* Grand West Casino is within 5 minutes' drive from hotel.
