The Aristata Restaurant, now catering for up to 220 GUESTS, offers a traditional buffet breakfast from 07:00 to 10:30, lunch from midday onwards and a la carte dinners from 17:00 to 22:30. The Aristata Extension can also be booked for conferencing.

Construction is due to commence on the extension of our current conference facilities and should be ready by 01 October 2006. This will include raising the ceiling height of the current Magnifica Conference Rooms from 2.9m to 4.5m, which will add significant volume to the conference rooms.

A second floor has been added, which provides two extra facilities and also incorporates a new boardroom (seating 12 GUESTS), with a balcony overlooking the De Zalze vineyards. A dedicated internet station with 3 dedicated computers will be available for conference GUESTS to use, in addition to the whole facility being equipped with wireless technology.

The conference venue currently has:

An extended 30m exterior deck, which allows you to enjoy your tea/coffee breaks outside.

An Internet Terminal area for delegates to keep in touch with the office via e-mail

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
• 03 – 01 days prior to arrival, a 65% cancellation fee will be charged
• No shows will be charged 80% of the full value of the accommodation booked
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.

During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.
