All rooms are en-suite, with air-conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities and colour TV with M-Net and DSTV.

Family rooms can accommodate a family of 4 or 6 and are provided on request, when availability allows.

The hotel also offers a spacious and comfortable lounge, which offers a la carte lunches throughout the week, also ideal for informal business meetings.

Leisure facilities include lazing on the beach or at one of two pools. There is also a bowling green, miniature golf, tennis, squash court, gym and outdoor chess.

The Serenity Spa & Wellness Centre in the hotel offers spa treatments to GUESTS, as well as the use of the heated pool (R35 charge for use if no spa treatment purchased). Unfortunately, this area is not accessible to children under 16.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
• 03 – 01 days prior to arrival, a 65% cancellation fee will be charged
• No shows will be charged 80% of the full value of the accommodation booked
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS
During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.
