Booking Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required on confirmation to secure the booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to check-in date. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
We require written confirmation for all cancellations (by email or by fax) and our cancellation fees are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival - a fee of 25% of full amount (i.e. 50% of deposit)
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - a fee of 50% of full amount (i.e. 100% of Deposit)
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - a fee of 100% of full amount
Refunds where agreed are subject to a 10% administration fee.

Child Policy & Maximum Guests
Children of all ages are welcome. Children of any age count towards maximum capacity.
