What if I can't find a hotel which I know about?

If, by any chance, you are unable to locate a hotel you want, email us at contactus@CyberCapeTown.com to let us know the location and name of the hotel.
Most probably we can arrange bookings for you!
We will do our best to include the hotel in the listings in future.Can you recommend a hotel?
We are an independent website with over 60 on-line bookable hotels. We have developed this large number of hotels so that you can find the property that best suits your needs and budget. Since we know that our consumers have very different needs and requirements we do not recommend individual hotels.

How do I book a room?

Once you have found the hotel that suits your needs, please press the 'online booking or reservations' button. The booking form will appear over a secure connection and will ask you for some specific information, including your credit card details. For the majority of hotels, credit card details are used to guarantee the booking only and payment is made on departure from the hotel although there are exceptions to this rule. Complete the required fields and follow the instructions on the booking form to make an on-line booking. Your reservation will be confirmed via email shortly.
As a safeguard, we recommend printing off a copy of your confirmation.

How do I check my reservation?


We advise that you keep a safe record of your reservation confirmation and note the hotels cancellation policy. Should you have any queries relating to your booking, you may be asked to quote both the name of the hotel and also your Booking Confirmation No. Please note it is not necessary to re-confirm your reservation with the hotel. However, should you wish to contact the hotel, please quote the Hotel Confirmation Number.

How do I cancel a booking?

Due to differences between types of reservation, we suggest that you refer to your original reservation confirmation email.
Please Note that bookings made trough CyberCapeTown.com may incur a cancellation fee.

* Your name / Name on the Reservation
* Name of the hotel
* Confirmation number

How do I change a booking?

Mail us under change@ CyberCapeTown.com Please let us know in which hotel is your booking at, your name and booking number and we can arrange changes for you.

How do I pay for a booking?

CyberCapeTown.com forwards all your reservation information including payment details to the hotel via a secure connection. For the majority of our hotels, credit card details are taken as a guarantee of reservation only. Nothing is deducted until time of departure from the hotel. For these hotels 'Credit card as guarantee' will be stated in the details section for individual room rates.
Some of our hotels will deduct payment at time of booking, usually only when special Discount rates are offered. If this payment method is required, it will be clearly stated either on room details, or on the hotel web page itself.
Please note that all our discount hotels charge the full amount at the time of booking. If you
decide to cancel a booking you may be charged a fee for the cancellation, you will be notified of this policy at the time of booking.

How do I get Corporate Rate rooms?

These are available to corporations and individuals who have an agreement with CyberCapetown.com.
If you would like to apply for corporate rates you can mail us at CorporateRates@CyberCapeTown.com

If you do not have an agreement with CyberCapeTown.com then our published/rack rates will apply to your booking.

What if I misplace my confirmation email?

If you can't find the confirmation email, please contact us directly at customercare@CyberCapeTown.com remembering to include as much of the following information as possible:
* Booking Confirmation Number (if available)
* full name of the person who made the booking
* the email address used to make the booking
* hotel name and location
* dates of arrival and departure
* date the booking was made

What if I can't remember my booking details?

To prevent the possibility of completely losing the reservation confirmation, CyberCapeTown
recommends that you print out a copy of your reservation confirmation whenever possible. If this is not possible please contact customercare@CyberCapeTown.com with as much of the following information as possible:

What if I do not receive a reservation confirmation?

We try to return all price quotes/ confirmations within 24 hours. However during our busiest season (Aug-Apr) quotes may take up to 48 hours.
However, please note, that if you are submitting this request over the weekend that turnaround time may be a little bit longer due to the very large volume of requests received.

* Booking Confirmation Number (if available)
* full name of the person who made the booking
