Camps Bay beach is very close; literally one or two minutes stroll from the front door, yet the property is situated behind all the “buzz” on The Drive which is a quiet residential road, so despite the proximity to the action, Shell Cottage does not suffer from any of the noise.
The local tennis courts and play park are across the road, and within a few minutes walk you have access to in excess of 25 restaurants, a number of bars, a library, shops, and all the other amenities that Camps Bay offers.

670m2 of land in total, set well back from the street and entered via a secluded boardwalk giving the cottage its wonderful peace and privacy. Completely enclosed by timber-screened walling with lawns and massed perimeter planting of lavender, bougainvillea, jasmine and roses. Several trees - frangipani, hibiscus, lemon - but dominated by very large Persian Lilac. Large verandah ends in 7 x 2.6 metre cobalt blue swimming pool. Magnificent views of mountains on two sides.

Staff
Housekeeper three times per week, but more frequently on request. Pool service once per week.

Fully walled with narrow access to street via wrought iron railing and gate with intercom. Alarm and automated exterior lights.

Parking
Tandem garage with automated opener right next to pedestrian entrance gate. Paved area allows 2 further off street parking places.
