Children’s Policy
Children Under 2 Years of age sharing with adults are free of charge
Children 2 – 12 Years of age sharing with adults pay 50% of the accommodation rate
Children Over 12 Years of age are considered full paying adults
Children Under 6 Years of age are not permitted on game drives
Children Over 4 Years of age are permitted on game drives at the sole discretion of the head game ranger. Parents/Guardian must sign an indemnity form for each child!

General
Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT

All guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival
All guests are required to settle their account for extras, telephone calls, beverages, etc. on departure.
We strongly advise that all guests have sufficient travel insurance to cover cancellation, injury, medical and emergency rescue expenses, repatriation as well as loss or damage to personal belongings
Since malaria is present in the Limpopo Province, we strongly recommend that guests take the necessary anti-malarial precautions. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Deposits
In order to secure your booking, a 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required within 48 hours of confirming the reservation and the balance is due 40 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 40 days of travel, we require full payment on confirmation.

In the event that a reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be levied equal to the required deposit payment
