CHILDRENS POLICY
• Children under 6yrs are not allowed on game drives
• Game drives for children 6 & under 12yrs, at the discretion of the lodge manager, may only be confirmed on arrival at the lodge
• Children 5yrs and under no charge.
• Children 6-11 yrs pay 50% of the adult rate
• Children 12 – 15yrs pay the full adult rate

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• 20% deposit is required within 7 days of making the reservation
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
• For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required on confirmation of the reservation
• Cancellation Charges
• 30 – 21 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee will be charged
• 20 – 0 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• No shows will be charged the full value of the accommodation booked
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.
