Rich in bird life, Tshwene offers peace and tranquillity for those seeking to get away from it all. The five strategically located suites all offer exhilarating views of the valleys below and the hills beyond.

Directions:
Take the N1 north to Pietersburg / Polokwane. At the Kranskop toll gate, keep left to Nylstroom / Marble Hall. At the T-junction turn left towards Nylstroom / Modimolle and continue straight on for approximately 70km to Vaalwater / Mabatlane. Continue through Vaalwater / Mabatlane on the Thabazimbi road for approximately 24km and turn left at the Welgevonden main gate. (Do not turn left at south gate or East gate.)

After sundowner drinks, allow the darkness of the African bush to envelop you on your evening game safari. Nightlife abounds in the African bush and dangers lurk everywhere. Lions on the hunt and leopards stalking prey in the cover of darkness are truly magnificent sights to behold.

Booking Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required on confirmation to secure the booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to check-in date. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
We require written confirmation of the reservation (by email or by fax). Our cancellation fees are as follows:
· More than 30 days prior to arrival - a fee of 25% of full amount (i.e. 50% of deposit)
· Less than 30 days prior to arrival - a fee of 50% of full amount (i.e. 100% of Deposit)
· Less than 7 days prior to arrival - a fee of 100% of full amount
· Refunds are at the discretion of management and subject to a 10% administration fee.

Child Policy & Maximum Guests
Only children over 12 years can be accommodated at Tshwene Lodge. (Families with small children can be accommodated at sister camp Ekuthuleni.) The lodge can sleep a maximum of 10 people per night in 5 double or twin rooms.

12h30 is our scheduled gate pick up time. Other times – 16h00 latest – are subject to vehicle and staff availability and may be charged for.
