The stunningly famous Clifton beaches, on the Atlantic Seaboard coast, then on to Camps Bay. From there onwards to Hout Bay.... and the World of Birds (optional visit) and mariners Wharf.... Followed by a breathtaking drive along the Look Out Point for a panoramic view of the South - Western Edge of Africa.
A must see is the Penguin colony at Boulders beach (optional visit) and South African navy community of Simons Town where we eat lunch and take in the great antique stores. Then back to Cape Town stopping at the Quaint fishing village of Kalk Bay with it's antique stores.

From cape Town we journey on the N 1 to the heart of the Winelands.... Paarl, where one can view the Paarl valley in all its glory from the Afrikaans Language momument. We visit a wine estate for wine tasting and buying, then onwards to the Franschhoek valley where the French Huguenots settled after fleing persecution in France in the late 17th century. We taste more wines en-route to Franschoek and then arrive in the wonderful town of Franschoek, where we shall eat a fantastic lunch.

A gentle afternoon drive will see us in the historic university town of Stellenbosch, with it's Cape Dutch buildings and oak tree lined streets. We visit the Cheetah Outreach Project at Spier where one can get up close with one of Africas magnificient predators....time permiting, (optional visit).

Day 1: After an early morning pickup, we depart for the game lodge, via the N2 towards the Eastern Cape and the Garden Route. We stop at the historical majestictown of Swellendam, where we willl take a tour and enjoy relaxing lunch. Proceeding onwards to the Garden Route

Day 2:

We start the day with a morning game drive at 7.30am and view the delights of the African bush, in an open 4 x 4 landdrover with knowledgeable and experienced game rangers and return at 9am for a big breakfast. From 10am - 10.30am you visit and take a tour of the Reptile Centre. As an optional extra for the more adventurous you can experience a guided horseback safari to allow for those closer wildlife encounters from 10.30am to 12.30pm. (price R325.00 per person) After this adventure a light lunch will be served. After this will we will drive back to Cape Town with it's historical buildings, and drive back through Sir Lowry's Pass and it's apple orchard farmsteads.

Within 1.5 hours from Cape Town, you will join us on Safari in an open 4 x 4 Game Viewing Vehicle for an unforgetable African bush experieince, with wild animals. You will get to view lions, rhinos, giraffes, nyala, crocodiles, zebra, oryx, blesbok, ostriches, baboons, steenbok, klipspringer, duiker, bontebok, red
hartebeest, eland, blue wildebeest, springbok, black springbok, dassies, mongoose, and 172 species of birds inclusive of the rare and endangered black eagle and rodents and reptiles.

Travel from cape through Du Toits Kloof pass via the wine region of the Western cape.
