BOOKING PROCEDURES:

Reservations must be made in writing via fax or e-mail.

Should the deposit not be received as requested, the hotel reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking without any verbal or written notice.on charge if cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival.

All cancellations and/or amendments will attract the following charges, which will automatically be debited to the tour operator (this will include amendments, which cancel any given nights reserved).

100% Cancellation charge for total room services reserved if cancelled 6 or fewer days in advance; (this includes all “no-shows” – non-arrivals without written cancellation). 75% Cancellation charge for total room services reserved if cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival; 50% Cancellation charge as outlined above if cancelled between 15 and 21 days prior to arrival; 25% Cancellation charge as outlined above if cancelled between 22 and 30 days prior to arrival; 0% Cancellation charge if cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival.

Please note: Unforeseen cancellations due to war, unrest or any other related circumstances are subject to the abovementioned terms and do not constitute a valid reason for waiver of the cancellation policy terms.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS

During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.

SPA CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% Cancellation charge of spa services when cancelled on the day. 75% Cancellation charge of spa services when cancelled 24 hours prior to treatments booked. 50% Cancellation charges of spa services when cancelled 48 hours prior to treatments booked

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure bookings within 2 weeks of making the reservation.

The balance of payment of the total services booked is required 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival date, unless the

NON WAIVER:

Neither party shall be regarded as having waived, or be precluded in any way from exercising, any right under or arising from this contract by reason of such party having at any time granted any extension of time for, or having shown any indulgence to, the other party with reference to any payment or performance hereunder, or having failed to enforce, or delayed in the enforcement of, any right of action against the other party.

The failure of either party to comply with any non-material provision of this contract shall not excuse the other party from performing the latter’s obligations hereunder fully and timeously.

 Above rates include: Continental & English breakfast; complimentary premium wine tasting of 5 Lanzerac Estate wines & guided cellar tour; complimentary use of the spa’s hydro facilities, WIFI.

 All rates are quoted in South African Rand and include 15% V.A.T.

 In support of Stellenbosch Tourism, a voluntary 1% Tourism Levy can be added to guest bookings. Kindly advise at the time of booking whether this needs to be included.

 Minimum 2 night stay over dates  20 December 2018 to 10 January 2019, inclusive.

 King or twin beds are available. Please do state your preference at time of booking.

 Final rooming lists for all group reservations are required not less than 14 days prior to arrival.

 The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates due to external factors with sufficient notification.

FAMILY PLAN:

The Lanzerac welcomes all children of any age. Our Family Plan is as follows:

0 to under 3 years: Free all year 4 to 11 years: Pay 50% of the per person sharing rate 12 years and older are charged at the adult rate

Children of all ages pay full adult rate if they stay in their own room.

Prices valid only if child or children (maximum two per room) are sharing with one (paying single rate) or two (paying adult sharing rate) adults.

Policy quoted above valid for the bed and breakfast (B&B) plan.

Classic Rooms: - Select classic rooms can accommodate a cot or a single bed for 1 child sharing. Select inter-leading classic rooms are available on request and are subject to availability.

Luxury Rooms: - Select luxury rooms can accommodate a cot or a single bed for 1 child sharing. Select inter-leading luxury rooms are available on request and are subject to availability.

Suites: - Select suites can accommodate two children under 11 years, as well as two adults. If a child is 12 years and over, then only one child to the maximum age of 16 years may share with two adults.
