BIRDING, BIKING AND BOATING AT A WORLD HERITAGE SITE
Nibela Lodge melts into the forest and cocoons the visitor from the outside world - a secluded retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Eleven thatched chalets, cradled high up in the cool forest beneath a magnificent canopy of trees greet guests on arrival.
Each chalet has a lounge area for relaxing and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The rooms are exquisitely decorated with a private wooden deck with spectacular views of the waterway and lush forest.
Coupled with the chalets built above the sand forest are sumptuous self-catering lodges. The Lodges are hidden among the trees and connected by raised wooden walkways. This is complemented by the exhilarating views of the Lake.
Nibela is buzzing with adventurous activities for the whole family: Mountain and quad biking, guided walks, fishing expeditions, and the very best in bird watching, at the iSimamgaliso Wetlands Park - a World Heritage Site.
