The Deposit & Cancellation Policy in this document will be subject to the following terms and conditions for bookings that fall over the Peak Season dates:
Peak Season (24.12.16 to 02.01.17)An initial deposit of 50% of the total due is required by no later than 01st September 2016.If full payment is not received by the due date, we will assume that the accommodation is no longer required and will automatically release the reservation subject to the cancellation policy.Should a reservation be cancelled before 01st September 2016, no cancellation fees will be charged. Should the reservation be cancelled after 01st September 2016 but before 20th October 2017, a cancellation charge of 30% of the initial booking will be charged. Any reservation cancelled after 20th October 2016 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the full duration of the stay. In the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the guaranteed departure date, the full charge for the original stay will be applicable. All cancellations must be made in writing, without exception, and proof of cancellation must be produced with relevant cancellation number to claim a refund.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy Cancellation Charges Any prepayment will only be refunded subject to the reservation being cancelled 14 days prior to arrival (please note that this policy does not apply in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy. During such periods please enquire regarding the applicable cancellation policy) Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival and no shows will be charged at the rate of 80% of the full value. Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
Children 17 and under stay free in the parent’s room on existing bedding (where a sleeper couch is available), baby cribs are also always complimentary. Extra charges can apply when a extra bed is requested. For hotels that include breakfast in all rates, the breakfast is complimentary for all registered occupants in a room.

During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.

Minimum length of stay over the Peak December Period is as follows:
10 nights in a Two Bedroom Suite
7 nights in a Business Class Room
5 Nights in a Superior or Standard Room.
The Deposit & Cancellation Policy in this document will be subject to the following terms andconditions for bookings that fall over the Peak Season dates: Peak Season (24.12.17 to 02.01.18)1. Should a reservation be cancelled before 15st September 2017, the 10% deposit will be forfeit.
Should the reservation be cancelled after 15st September 2017 but before 15th October 2017, a cancellation charge of 50% of the initial booking will be charged.
Any reservation cancelled after 15th October 2017 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the full duration of the stay.

Rates are per room per night, inclusive of full buffet breakfast 14%VAT and 1% Tourism Levy.

If you are considering a function, the hotel offers three banqueting and meeting rooms: Two modular air-conditioned conference rooms equipped with the latest audio visual and technical equipment, each catering for up to 140 delegates (The two rooms may also be opened up into one large room.) Plus the Harbour View room, overlooking the hotel’s private marina is a function room ideally suited to hosting events ranging from wedding receptions to cocktail parties and banquets. This is one of the few event rooms in Cape Town to boast an exclusive seaside boardwalk. (The Harbour View room can accommodate 120 guests for banquets and up to 300 guests for cocktails.)
