Kensington Place provides a full laundry service for your benefit. We outsource our guest laundry to a highly reputable company. Please complete the form provided and place in your laundry bag. For same day service, please have your laundry collected by no later than 09h00, which will ensure it is returned during turndown service.
*Please note that Kensington Place endevours to provide a high quality laundry service, but it is for your own risk to do so. Should you wish to press your own clothing, housekeeping will bring an iron & ironing board to your room on request.
Kensington Place strongly urges you to lock all valuables, especially cash, in the safe provided in your room. Please enter your secure 4 or 6 digit code to lock and unlock the safe.
