CHILDREN’S POLICY - FAMILY ROOMS

2 Adults and 2 Children 17 years* and under, on a sleeper Couch, including Breakfast for a maximum of 2 Children.

1 Adult and 2 Children 17 years and under, on a sleeper couch, will be charged the single room rate including Breakfast for a maximum of 2 Children.

1 Adult with 3 Children will be charged the Double room rate including Breakfast for Children.

* The ages of the children as at the date of check-in at the Hotel i.e. a child 17 years, 11 months will fall in the category “17 years and under”.

Payment and Cancellation Policy 

Full payment is required 40 days prior to arrival. 

For bookings made within 40 days of arrival, full payment is required on confirmation of the booking.

Please be advised that cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a 1 nights accommodation fee.

In the event of a non-arrival on the day1 night’s accommodation fee will be charged.

Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

A minimum of 2 nights stay is required when staying on any of the following dates:

A minimum of 3 nights stay is required when staying on any of the following dates:

TOUR SERIES, LEISURE & MICE GROUPS: 

A minimum of 2 nights stay is required over weekends, i.e. Friday and Saturday night. Requests for Thursday and Friday or Saturday and Sunday night stays will be evaluated and is subject to availability.

Rates are quoted per room, per night, inclusive of the following:

A single adult with 1 or 2 children 18 years and under will be charged the single room rate inclusive of Breakfast for 2 Children.

A single adult with 1, 2 or 3 children 18 years and under will be charged the single room rate inclusive of Breakfast for 2 Children & the 3rd Child depending on age will pay as per Children’s Buffet meal Policy listed below.

Such agreement will depend on the availability of Luxury Family rooms, Superior Luxury Family rooms and Ground Floor Superior Family Rooms. Luxury Twin rooms, Paraplegic rooms, Superior Luxury rooms, Ground Floor Superior Luxury rooms do not accommodate children.

LUXURY SUITE: can accommodate children as per the above policy, subject to General Manger’s approval

THIRD ADULT POLICY:

The third adult sharing in a Family Category Room pays 50% of the Double rate, inclusive of English breakfast.

Pilanesberg Airport

Pilanesberg International Airport is located close to Sun City and the Pilanesberg National Park. Since the start of April 2015, SA Express has announced the introduction of 2 weekly flights between OR Tambo International Airport and Cape Town International Airport to Pilanesberg/ Sun City. The first commercial flight took place on Friday 27 March 2015. Visitors wishing to fly to Sun City or Pilanesberg National Park can make use of flights on either Mondays or Fridays. Flying directly to the park means more time to enjoy your holiday with family and friends.

Airports of Interest OR Tambo International Airport – the largest and busiest international airport in Southern Africa, located in Johannesburg. There are a number of commercial flights from most major locations around the world that fly to OR Tambo on a daily basis; or

Lanseria Airport – situated near to Johannesburg, there are a number of commercial flights that operate to Lanseria from Durban and Cape Town on a daily basis. There are also a number of charter companies that fly to Lanseria Airport; or

Cape Town International Airport – this is the primary airport servicing Cape Town. It is located 20 kilometres outside the city centre and was opened in 1954. The airport has direct flights to destinations in Africa, Europe and Asia as well as other commercial hubs in South Africa such as Johannesburg and Durban.

From OR Tambo International or Lanseria Airport it is 2 to 3 hour drive to Pilanesberg National Park. Visitors can access the park either via transfer or using a rented vehicle.
