CANCELLATION POLICY

- 21 Days prior to arrival, 50% of the value of the room/s booked will be charged as a cancellation fee.   

- 14 Days prior to arrival, 75% of the value of the room/s booked will be charged as a cancellation fee.  

- 7 Days prior to arrival 90% of the value of the room/s booked will be charged as a cancellation fee.  Less than 24 Hours prior to arrival, 100% of the value of the room/s will be charged as a cancellation fee.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

If the tour operator/company has an approved credit agreement with the hotel, then the prepayment is not necessary, however the tour operator/company is bound to the above F.I.T. cancellation policy, and will be obliged to settle any cancellation fees incurred.

Prepayment terms: 

30 Days prior to arrival of the guests, the hotel must receive full payment for the reservation held.

Failure to comply timorously with the terms of deposit payments will result in the bookings being automatically cancelled.

PORTERAGE

If Porters are required a (2018) R15-00 (2019) R20-00 per room porterage fee will be charged per service

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE • Guests may arrive any time from 14h00 • Rooms are to be vacated by 11h00

2019: We reserve the right to request a minimum stay of 3 nights over peak periods including all long weekends, special events, and the Festive Season 15 December - 5 January.

From Cape Town International Airport

 Keep in right hand lane over the bridge.

 Exit Airport onto N2 Cape Town Freeway.

 Follow N2 Freeway for ± 20 minutes.

 Ascending into De Waal drive in far left hand lane.

 Follow De Waal Drive along the contour of the mountain.

 As the road descends into the City, keep to the left hand lane and at the foot of the road is a bridge turn left along side the bridge.

 Continue, pass the Gardens Centre on your left.

 Continue for 3km pass the Mount Nelson Hotel.

 Pass One Traffic Light.

 1st turn off to the right is Grey’s Pass.

 Queen Victoria Road is an Extension of Grey’s Pass

From N1 Freeway

 Exit Franschoek.

 Travel along N1 for ± 60 km.

 Follow signage “City / Waterfront”.

 At the intersection with CTICC on the left and V&A on the right - continue along Buitengracht and cross the Strand Street Intersection.

 Continue until the Wale Street Intersection where you will turn left.

 Proceed on Wale Street & cross Bree Str., Loop Str. & Long Str.

 Turn Right into Queen Victoria Street (Last street off Wale Street).

 Drive to the end of Queen Victoria Street until you see the big Dome of the Planetarium on the left.

 We are on the opposite side of the street.
